You will irritate, terrify, frustrate and worry the hell out of one another, but the key to getting along, is to know when to say sorry and give your new family members a hug. Be sweet, genuinely caring and you will get away with anything. Be cruel and devious, and you\'re on a rocky road to misery and self-destruction.

Don\'t let your new family members come between the relationships you have with your existing family. Make sure you are all in agreement before making any decisions. You all have a lot to learn about one another but if you look at your new set-up as an adventure, you can learn from and thoroughly enjoy it. Having more family members around can mean loads of benefits; babysitters, dog walkers, cleaners, extra sweets & ice cream (to share) but best of all, more people to share the laughter and the tears.

Try to remain as tolerant of one-another as possible. The key to a happy home is patience, love and kindness.
